H59 is easy to use and apply and it gives high glossy finishes with excellent scratch resistance. It has exceptional resistance to chemical agents and to yellowing. H59 is rated as a "Special Topcoat" with VOC = 560 g/L (4.67 lbs/US gal), compliant with the limit for the category set by EC 2004/42.
