For a period of 5 years from date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Supplier will repair or at its option replace free of charge any component found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, PROVIDED THAT; GRmoto products are distributed world-wide, GRmoto Exhausts or any agent working on behalf of GRmoto doesn't make any representation that the exhaust system complies with the air and/or noise emissions.
