This show quality finish is applied right here in Saint Louis Missouri and is highly resistant to chipping and peeling, and the brass base metal doesn't rust like steel. Our chrome weights will match your chrome wheels better than other inferior plating such as zinc or bare nickel, and require far less polishing and maintenance. RE-USEABLE, OVER AND OVER AGAIN Each weight has a stainless steel set screw installed. The set screw clamps to the spoke, not the spoke nut so they work great with special outer spoke rims (BMW). Any time you need to re-balance your wheels or replace tires, our weights can be easily removed and re-used as often as needed. SLEEK, CLEAN LOOK No-Mar's unique design with a uniform width also allows multiple weights to be stacked on a single spoke plus the ability to adjust the position along the spoke for the most precise balance. (Cone-shaped weights which attach to the spoke nut allow neither.) Our weights have a counterbore on one end allow them to fit over most spoke nuts/nipples (1/4 oz. weights have the counterbore all the way through). NO MORE DAMAGED SPOKES NO MORE HAMMERING and bending your spokes or damaging the chrome finish to install and remove weights! Just use the supplied Allen wrench to install, remove or adjust weights! SPECIFICATIONS Our precision CNC-machined wheel weights have a 3/16" (4.75mm) wide slot designed to fit 99% of standard factory wheel spokes. All weights include a 5/16" (8mm) counterbore on one end to allow the weight to fit over most spoke nuts/nipples (1/4 oz. size weights have a 5/16" (8mm) bore for the entire length of the weight and can be attached to either the spoke or the spoke nut/nipple as desired -- 1/4 oz. weights are NOT included in this 8-piece kit). Outside diameter of each weight is approximately .618" (15.7mm). Lengths vary depending on the designed weight.
