Tobacco Road Auto has shipping depots all over the country and we will ship your item from the closest depot to your location for the fastest shipping. Not all of our locations stock all of our items. Can I pick up my purchase? Our depots are warehouses only and do not have a sales floor for walk in customers. Unless pickup is stated in the shipping area of the auction, we are not able to arrange a pickup of our items. Is this item in stock? When will my purchase be shipped? How long does shipping take? Items posted on ebay will be in stock, we manage inventory and listings carefully. If you are a car dealer or automotive shop/store that is tax exempt, please contact us to refund taxes as they cannot be removed from the listing. DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged item, if it is installed, it cannot be returned.
