To qualify for replacement under warranty a battery must be in an unaltered condition. The original packing slip and invoice are needed when a warranty is claimed. If you request a replacement under warranty, we may ask you to provide us with the battery’s readings taken with a voltage meter. BatterySharks keeps the right to test a battery when returned and to refuse replacing if any of the above exceptions are found.Return Policy We have a Free 30-day Returns policy, which means that you may return your order free of charge within this period.
