Used condition, has some scuffs and scratches on blue plastic, clock works good and the tree lights work good, previous owner has removed the neon that went around the clock, the leeds that go to the neon are tucked under the black cover on back side of clock, original transformer is included, clock measures approx 14" in diameter, battery not included, see photos for further condition analysis as they are part of items description.
